Our Customer priority is:

1. Customers who purchased their pool or spa from us.

2. Non-functioning pools.

3. All other pool & spa owners. 

Please understand that our primary obligation is to our customers who purchased their pools or spas at Hooton Pools, but we will try to help all others as best as we can.
