At Hooton Pools & Spas, we feel a very strong obligation to help people who put their faith in us and purchased their pools and spas from us. Our service policy is simply that we put our customers first.

We Service All Customers

Our Customer priority is:

1. Customers who purchased their pools or hot tubs from us.

2. Non-functioning pools.

3. All other pool & hot tub owners. 

Please understand that our primary obligation is to our customers who purchased their pools or hot tubs at Hooton Pools, but we will try to help all others as best as we can.
